Contracts Manager


Alliance Technical Group is filling a remote Contracts Manager position in our legal department. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for collecting and organizing all sales / vendor contracts across the enterprise. Additionally, the Contracts Manager will review contracts for analyzing legal safeguards, track key renewal dates and key terms.

  • Collaborates with sales and operations throughout entire contract lifecycle to ensure contract integrity
  • Develops organizational "best-practices" for legal engagement during the contracting process
  • Develops and organizes contract database to house and track all sales and vendor contracts and related documentation
  • Evaluates existing contracts for legal safeguards
  • Develops pipeline and timeline for key contracts and renewals
  • Educates sales and operations on signatory authority and how to identify business terms of a contract
  • Determines challenges of current contracts processes and develops methods to expand Company services to provide solutions
  • Renegotiates terms
  • Ensure contracts align with company policies
  • Communicates and reports progress updates to operational leaders
  • Partners with leadership team to effectively strategize and align with operational goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay Range:

$80,000 annually + profit sharing
